What happens on the demo.
It runs on a sample fleet of ten coaches with realistic made-up records, so you can see the whole thing working before you decide anything.
Straight in, no call to book
Give your name, company and email and you are in the sample fleet straight away. Send the link to whoever does your inspections too. They usually have the best questions.
A guided tour, in chapters
Start with the dashboard and DVSA readiness, then pick the chapters that matter to you: walkaround checks, inspections, tyres and wheel torque, tools, dates, drivers and the PI pack. Each step shows where the finding comes from.
Then a free trial
Look round for as long as you like. It is read only, so nothing you click changes anything. When you are ready, start a free trial from there.

Are the prices plus VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page is per month, billed monthly, with VAT added on top.
Which tier do we need?
The tiers are set by the number of vehicles you run: up to 10, up to 20, up to 50, up to 100, or the whole fleet with no vehicle limit. If you are not sure where you fall, call 01594 733452 and we’ll work it out with you.
Can we see it before we decide?

Do drivers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR tag on the vehicle with the phone camera and the check opens in the browser. If there is no signal in the yard, the check is saved on the phone and sent as soon as there is.
